We want you to love your look, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories and styling tools must be in their original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
